The following activities will be carried out in achievement of the aim and objectives of the foundation.

• To undertake and carry on any humanitarian or charitable program for the poor and under privileged people.
• To take programs to distribute relief among the neglected and the disaster stricken in the event of any natural calamity like flood, storm, cyclone, earth quack, tsunami.
• To make awareness among the poor people in the under privileged society regarding their beneficial program.
• To establish libraries, reading rooms, study centers for developing the habit of study, which is very much beneficial for the society.
• To publish rare/old manuscript of the lost folklore of the country including the myth books after being collected.
• To arrange exhibition for art, cultural and painting through display centre/museum and mobile museum and to initiate distance learning methods as well as innovative ideas and methods for development of education and other improvements.
• To display sculpture/collection of paintings through museum and mobile museum.
• To establish educational institution of fine arts.
• To undertake motivational work among the mass people to create awareness in literature, art, culture, science, environmental and wealth sector.
• To encourage people to adopt and sustain health promoting life style and practices.
• To promote the proper use of the health services available to them.
• To stimulate individual and community self-reliance and participation to achieve health development through individual and community involvement at every step from identifying problems to solving them.
• Intends to provide all the health facilities likes vaccination, treatment campaign, Sanitation, needed by the people at their door steps on the assumption that people would use them to improve their own health.

• To distribute books free of cost among the poor students of madrasa, school, college and university to promote quality education.
• To establish, run and maintain school, college, madrasa, university and other educational institution, both general and technical, among the people or target group.

• To promote, establish, manage control, supervise, to give gifts, grants, or other assistance to any person, company, co-operative society or association or to persons as may seem to the society conducive or to achieve or to further any of the objects and purposes of the society.
• To undertake and execute any trusts which may seem to the society conducive to any of the objects and purposes of the foundation.
• To receive and accept gifts, grants, aids, donations, of any nature and kind whatsoever and to arrange, establish, and maintain funds, properties, and assets towards the objective of the foundation and to take program of health and Sanitation.
• To Giving Training to develop for construction workers, Nursing, swing, Garments related works like handicrafts and giving certificates.
• To promote, organize and establish branches and offices of the foundation wherever considered necessary and to manage and control such branches and offices and to delegate such powers and functions to branches and offices as may be considered necessary for the promotion of the object and purposes of the function.
• To open and operate any account with the any schedule banks or financing institutions and to authorize persons or person to operate these accounts and obtain credit facilities there from.
• To undertake promote, aid, guide, organize and co-ordinate projects/programs to increase the literacy rate, wealth and family welfare services, empower women, minimize gender inequalities, and to enhance safe -water management services, disaster management services, bio-diversity, Plantation, forest restoration & environmental development Services.

• To acquire aid from government, private organizations and/or international organizations and to manage the whole or any part of various firm’s, equipment, research stations, storage and/or such other facilities which will help to alleviate poverty.

• To support institution-building and the expansion of the existing institutional capacity, which is aimed at improving access to resources for the poor/beneficiaries for the promotion of objects and purposes of the foundation.
• To obtain membership and to pay fees for the membership of any national or international bodies, institutions or organizations and to subscribe to their publications, if any, for furthering the objects and purposes of the foundation.
• To procure for the foundation registration or recognition of the Government or any other concerned authority in the country or abroad, and/or take all such steps as may be necessary or expedient for enabling the foundation to carry on with its functions properly.
• To arrange for suitable remuneration to any person, firm, association, organization for institution for services rendered or to be rendered in or about the promotion of the objects and purposes of the foundation.
• To establish, run and support research institutions, laboratories, training centers, technical training centers, and school grants or stipends/scholarships for training in the country or abroad and do all such other thing as may be calculated benevolent for the foundation.
• The scope of the future activities of the Foundation shall be determined by the GC (General Council) in AGM (Annual General Meeting) or an emergency GC meeting.
